A casement swings out on hinges at the side. Left and right are not interchangeable once the jamb is drawn next to a mullion or a door.
Write the handing the way the elevation shows it. If the handing is mirrored between floors, say so unit by unit. A note that says "typical" is how a whole floor gets built backwards.
